TCM – Mongstad, Norway

TCM is one of the most advanced and the largest post-combustion CO₂ capture pilots, where several vendors have already qualified their CO₂ capture technologies. The participation of TCM in this project is unique as it shows the common will to bring carbon capture solutions closer to the market from 4 major oil companies that collaborate at TCM: GASSNOVA, EQUINOR, SHELL and TOTAL.

TUPRAS – Izmit, Turkey

TUPRAS is the Turkey’s largest oil enterprise with 32.5 million m³ crude processing capacity and is the 7^th largest refinery enterprise in Europe. Tupras will welcome a pilot in its Izmit facility.

SOLAMAT – Marseille, France

SOLAMAT-MEREX is part of the SARP Industries group (SARPI), a VEOLIA subsidiary and leader in the treatment and recovery of hazardous industrial waste. CO2 capture and recovery is one of SOLAMAT-MEREX’s research areas as part of its impact reduction strategy. The SOLAMAT-MEREX site in Fos sur Mer operates a hazardous waste incineration line and material recovery units. It will host the MOF4Air demonstration pilot, which will be connected to the incineration flue gas and operated with the help of VEOLIA’s research and innovation centre (VeRI).

EDIBON is focused on the development of products and services tailored and committed to improve the technology and optimizing our resources. EDIBON is in charge of the definition for execution of the design and the manufacturing of the three pilot plants at its headquarters in Madrid, which will later be located at TCM, SOLAMAT and TUPRAS.
